1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sl77 website accessible at https://sl77.cam, together with any mobile applications, software and related services provided by sl77.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, which permits access to betting and gaming products.
• "User", "You" or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an Account or uses the Platform.
• "We", "Us", "Our" or "sl77" refers to the operator of the Platform and provider of the services described herein.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) draw, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, available for wagering or withdrawal, after deducting any pending wagers or bonus conditions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or other incentive issued by sl77, subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on sl77, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

sl77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by sl77 may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Registration Process

During the registration process, You must provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Register more than one Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform.
• Register an Account on behalf of another person.
• Allow any third party to access or use Your Account.

sl77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account that does not comply with these requirements.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login details with any third party. You agree to notify sl77 immediately if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other security breach.

sl77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your Account credentials or from any unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from such failure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sl77 supports deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and selected e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Funds must originate from an account held in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within minutes during banking hours. Processing times may be extended outside normal banking hours or due to bank maintenance.
• sl77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees; these are Your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name and matching the details on file with sl77.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on verification requirements and payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days to reflect in Your account.
• sl77 reserves the right to request additional documentation or to cancel a withdrawal request if fraud or abuse is suspected.

In the event that a Bonus or promotional offer is active on Your Account, certain wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal. Please refer to the specific terms of the relevant promotion.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If You deposit funds from an account denominated in a different currency, Your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and may charge conversion fees.

5. Wagering and Game Rules

5.1 Placing Wagers

You may place Wagers on sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, togel draws and other betting products available on the Platform. By placing a Wager, You confirm that:

• You have sufficient funds in Your Account Balance to cover the stake.
• You understand the rules, odds and conditions applicable to the Wager.
• You have read and accepted any specific rules or terms associated with the product or market.

Once a Wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn except where sl77 exercises its discretion to void a Wager due to an obvious error, technical malfunction or other exceptional circumstance.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets cover a wide range of events including but not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile). All Wagers are subject to the specific market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute, sl77's decision is final.

If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, Wagers may be voided and stakes returned, or settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation. Please refer to our sports betting rules for further details.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. All games operate according to the rules published by the relevant studio. sl77 does not control game outcomes and is not liable for technical issues or disputes arising from studio-operated games.

Slot games display a Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes. All slot games on sl77 are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

5.4 Togel (Lottery) Markets

Togel markets (Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, Togel Macau) operate according to the official draw schedules published on the Platform. Wagers must be placed before the published cut-off time for each draw. Once the draw has taken place, results are final and cannot be disputed. sl77 relies on official results published by the relevant lottery authority and does not control or influence draw outcomes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

sl77 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. Key conditions typically include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to new Users, to Users who have made a qualifying deposit, or to specific betting markets.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus means You must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying Wagers before the Bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum Odds: Wagers may need to meet a minimum odds threshold to contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonuses typically expire after a set period (e.g., 7, 14 or 30 days). Any unused Bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse: sl77 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that the Bonus has been obtained or used in breach of the promotional terms or in a manner that constitutes abuse (e.g., duplicate accounts, arbitrage betting, irregular betting patterns).

Bonus funds are kept separate from Your real-money Balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms will prevail.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

sl77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help You stay in control of Your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount You can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount You are prepared to lose over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each login session.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Receive periodic alerts showing how long You have been playing and Your net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude Yourself from the Platform for a period of Your choosing (1 week to 6 months, or permanently).

You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use Your Account.
• Colluding with other Users, engaging in arbitrage betting, or exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated systems, bots or scripts to place Wagers or manipulate the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or proceeds of crime (money laundering).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behavior toward sl77 staff or other Users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or hack the Platform or any part thereof.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Your Balance and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces and trademarks, is the property of sl77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The sl77 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sl77 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or data.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to Your Account due to Your failure to maintain Account security.
• Losses arising from errors in odds, results or settlements, unless such errors are due to manifest error on the part of sl77.

sl77's total liability to You for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the amount of Your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sl77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If You have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or Your Account, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If You are not satisfied with our response, You may escalate the matter by emailing our compliance team with full details of the dispute. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, You may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable service will be provided upon request.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

sl77 reserves the right to suspend or close Your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or by order of a regulatory authority.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• You have engaged in abusive or prohibited behavior.

Upon Account closure, any outstanding Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and Your remaining Balance (if any) will be returned to You, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to sl77. Bonus funds and promotional credits will be forfeited.

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, You must withdraw or forfeit Your remaining Balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sl77 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Where You are resident in Indonesia, certain consumer protection laws may apply and may not be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects Your statutory rights under Indonesian consumer protection legislation.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

Failure by sl77 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later date.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. sl77 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without Your consent, provided that such assignment does not materially affect Your rights under these Terms.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and sl77 regarding Your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or oral.
